As a Project Coordinator, you will interact with strategists, information architects, designers, development and interaction engineers, client product managers, brand strategists, and other stakeholders to sustainably deliver exceptional products for our clients. You will be coached and mentored by a Senior Project Manager but will gain hands-on experience on multiple projects across multiple industries. Project managers at Zehner are a hybrid of account manager and project manager, helping to manage not only the project deliverables but the daily relationship with the client and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing Shopify e-commerce website projects including new builds, re-platforming projects and retainer projects
  • Assist in leading cross-functional team in day-to-day activities
  • Forecast timelines and project delivery dates and communicating these internally and updating in real time
  • Plan and assign work across Designer and Development teams
  • Help deliver time estimates for Design and Development work and requests quickly; set timelines for teams to follow based on client priorities and timelines
  • Assist in managing team profitability through efficient resource allocation and setting proper goals
  • Coordinate with 3rd party vendors
  • Create and maintain process and website documentation
  • Work with Account Strategists to train clients on Shopify platform post site build
  • Manage UAT / QA phase for Shopify builds and re-platforming initiatives

 

Requirements

  • BA or BS degree or higher
  • 1-3 Years Project Management Experience
  • 1-2 Years e-commerce/commerce or Retail Experience
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assist in estimation, story slicing, retrospective, and other Agile techniques
  • Deep understanding of the purpose of each Scrum event: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
  • Strong organizational and client management skills
  • Ability to productively converse with business stakeholders and engineers alike
  • Must pass Zehner Pre-Employment Background check
  • Quick, eager learner

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior Digital Agency experience
  • Experience with Shopify, Shopify Plus and/or Magento Commerce Platforms
  • Fashion/Lifestyle interest
  • Google Analytics Experience
