Front Desk Receptionist & Executive Assistant


ZEHNER is looking for a full-time Office Receptionist and Executive Assistant who is looking to join our awesome team. We're a fast-paced digital studio doing cutting-edge work in the heart of Los Angeles. The position is on-site at our Los Angeles headquarters near Culver City. 

This position is for a self-starter who has familiarity with production or agency environments looking for a long-term position where you can grow with the organization. We're looking for the right candidate who will always keep busy and will be committed to making our office and company the best place it can be.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Agency experience a huge plus
  • Sit at front desk, greet guests, and assist in making office 'client ready'
  • Answer, screen and route a low volume amount of phone calls
  • Proactive! 
  • Provide assistance to CEO, COO and other executives as needed
  • Ability to handle low level call volume
  • Assist with event management 
  • Assist with office management responsibilities including ordering supplies, straightening storage areas, helping maintain products in kitchen, etc
  • Familiarity with agency lifestyle
  • Outgoing, sociable, self-starter, great communication skills, problem solver
  • Familiar with LA area 
  • Understanding of the digital space and working in a tech environment
  • Outgoing personality, friendly, welcoming....you're the first person our guests will see so you have to be able to represent our brand with pride and excitement

Bonus

  • Familiarity with Adobe and Microsoft products

 

HOURS: 9:30-5:30pm
